The CFR Council is an extension of The Great Frontier. 
                          Ryan Athothahrimaten O'Doud is Design Editor. 
     We're a body of people who come together to promote emergent art, music, and literature.
We have several projects. 
These include:

AMERICAN BABYLON   

(Our Perennial Festival which combines Outsider Music, Visual art, Theater, Lighting, and Performance),

ISSUES MAGAZINE

(Our monthly "trade journal." It features interviews, articles and reviews about and by emergent musicians and artists), and,

BABYLON PRESS    

 (Our publishing arm. Publishes physical volumes of poetry, prose, and text of all kind.
